i haven’t posted since a week ago today mainly due to how down i’ve been feeling about the imminent eviction. it has basically rendered me inert.
i haven’t been sleeping much.
i haven’t been studying much.
i haven’t been exercising much.
i haven’t been feeling too much.
this week’s and this morning’s Spravato (Esketamine) treatments have had me dialed up in dosage which i feel like couldn’t have aligned at a better time than now when all seems to be crumbling, because both sessions had me wrestling with some intense emotions about the current state of affairs. especially with today’s sesh, i initially felt like i was hurled into a pure moment of healthy confrontation with my feelings. did my best to ground myself, remember my meditation trainings, and focus on the breath. and it worked swimmingly. and i value that moment immensely because the rest of my day has been playing out on much lighter, much kinder notes compared to the last week.
while i was waiting for medical transportation, i was pleasantly surprised by a notification to another Discogs sale. score! this time it was an order for two vinyl:
- Hot Snakes – Automatic Midnight
- Godspeed You Black Emperor! – Asunder, Sweet, and Other Distress
when i got home and printed out the invoice, i noticed something kinda silly that i overlooked on the half-dozen or so previous other orders: there’s three lines to write-in a “Seller Signature, Seller Title, & Date-of-Sale”. whoops. sorry, folks. sorry, Panch. so i’ve been debating whether or not i should message the buyers and ask them if they would like a copy of a signed and dated invoice for their files just in case; you never know, right?
for the rest of the day and night, i figured i’d gently get back on the study horse what with school (Full Sail University) beginning on Monday and all. that said with a strong emphasis on “gently”, i don’t believe i’ll be doing a “study & chill” stream.
sooo yeah, currently, i’m thumb-typing this post while on a walk on this beautiful mid-60s sunny day, listening to tunes, one of which i’ll post below as per usz.
